First place Water Bottles in the Brewing Stand. Next, add the ingredients according to the order (First, Second, Third and Fourth)

Potion of Healing Restores your health.
Nether wart	Glister Melon	Glowstone Dust (optional)	-
Potion of Regeneration Restores health over a period of time.

Potion of Fire Resistance Allows you to become immune to fire and lava.
Nether Wart	Magma Cream	Redstone Dust (optional)	-
Potion of Strength Increases the damage you inflict on the opponent in melee combat.
Nether Wart	Blaze Rod	(Optional) Redstone Dust Glowstone Dust
Potion of Swiftness Increases your speed.

Potion of Water Breathing You can breathe under water for 3 minutes (8 minutes with Redstone dust).
